Sino Publishers Services Limited was founded in 2014 by Rance Fu. He has over 16 years of experience in the Chinese book trade and continues to lead the company today. We have 15 staff across our Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing offices with specialisms in sales, account management, publisher relations, marketing, metadata and logistics.
